Top Tech Savvy Lender

Wyndham Capital is proud to announce that it was nominated as one of the 2011 Top Tech Savvy Lenders by Mortgage Technology Magazine. The award recognizes lenders that have a commitment to using technology and regularly implementing new innovations to produce marked business improvements. The award was presented in Chicago on October 9, 2011 at the Mortgage Technology Awards ceremony.

Wyndham has embraced paperless mortgages since 2005, and originated all of its 2011 volume as full, paperless e-mortgages. It originated mortgages across 20 states with three branches and its Charlotte, N.C. headquarters. Borrowers securely upload documents to Wyndham’s website, employee workstations include dual or triple displays and managers use real-time reporting dashboards.
