Ajay is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a BS in Sports Management and a minor in Marketing. After college he moved to North Carolina where he worked in the sales and promotions department for two minor league baseball teams, the Charlotte Knights and the Fayetteville Generals.
In 2002, Ajay made the great decision to join Wyndham Capital as a mortgage consultant. In this role he was consistently recognized as one of the top performers winning awards on a monthly and annual basis. Prior to leading his current team of mortgage bankers Ajay developed and managed the Processing department at Wyndham Capital. His experiences over these last 8 years have made him more knowledgeable in all facets of the lending world. He has the proven ability to guide his clients smoothly through the complexities of today’s ever changing loan process from beginning to end. With his primary goals always centered on superior customer service, he’s built himself a solid reputation among his peers, industry partners, but most importantly, the clients he serves on a daily basis.
Outside the office Ajay enjoys traveling, bicycling, running and watching a wide range of sports with family and friends. His mood on Monday’s is predetermined by the outcome of the last game his Ohio State Buckeyes played.
