David Frum was born and raised in Wheeling, WV. His family then moved to Maryland where he graduated high school. David is a graduate of UNC-Charlotte School of Business with a degree in Finance and Business Administration.
David has spent his entire 14 year career in the banking and mortgage industry. David began his career learning the basics by processing loans and after a few years moved to underwriting where he became well educated in guidelines. Although this experience was very valuable to David, he wanted to pursue his passion to help people get approved for loans and share his wealth of knowledge with them. When David finally got his opportunity he took advantage of it.
He has been serving his clients for several years and has won many customer service awards. David is extremely happy to be working at Wyndham Capital because his clients have access to the most competitive rates and un-surpassed online technology and first class service that makes the process much easier. He also has tremendous support from his highly experienced in-house underwriters and processors. David is very proud of Wyndham's A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. David's goal is to customize a loan program to meet each client's budget, focusing both on short-term and long-term goals. He wants each client to be so happy with the service they receive that they become clients for life and that they will refer their friends, family, and co-workers.
David has been happily married for 7 years to his beautiful wife Michelle and has an extremely cute 3 year old son Erick. Outside of work, he serves in his church and community, actually likes to work in the yard, plays soccer, softball, tennis, runs, and watches football, basketball and anything sports-related. He is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and West Virginia Mountaineer fan.

Dave got me a fantastic rate on a refinance of my first mortgage and was able to work through the red tape of getting my home equity loan subordinated despite my high loan-to-value ratio. Dave was very informative throughout the whole process, explaining information about new federal guidelines, appraisals, and closing costs.
