Let me begin by saying that if it wern't for Marc, I would not have completed this refinance process. Marc and I began with a simple conversation and basic questions between two strangers and now I feel as though I have known him for years. He has remained, from the first conversation Concerned, Committed, and Courteous.(And he should be Commended!) His type of personality and conversation ability just doesn't happen, he is someone who genuinely cares!!!!!
