During his high school and college years, Matthew worked in the service industry holding positions ranging from a golf shop associate to a waiter. Through his experience with customers on a day to day basis, Matthew saw how greatly customer service impacts a person’s perception of a company.
“My favorite aspect of being a Mortgage Banker is being able to interact with customers on a daily basis while being able to provide a product that every individual truly needs. Providing individuals with a positive experience is my main goal, along with providing them the best mortgage program for their situation.”
When away from work Matthew spends his time in between the golf course, with his friends, and watching Washington Redskins football.
Matthew graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in Wilmington, NC with a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance. He was a student ambassador for the Seahawks and was very involved with orientation groups.
