After another record-breaking month across the company, and with more success primed to be on the horizon, Wyndham Capital Mortgage is enjoying a high point in its history across the board.

Offering speed, ease and convenience to those with whom we work is at the forefront of all of our success. This month’s monthly recap takes a look at some of the ways that service has shone through and the impact it has had on our customers and employees.
In July, another accolade was announced to further cement Wyndham Capital’s customer service success. LendingTree named the company as one of its Top 10 LendingTree Customer Satisfaction providers. According to LendingTree, the award “is based directly on customer ratings and reviews. Customers rate lenders on their customer service, interest rates, fees and closing cost and overall experience.” In winning the award for the second quarter of 2020, Wyndham has now been honored for 14-consecutive quarters, highlighting an exceptional streak of top-notch customer service for over three years straight.
This same service also garnered positive responses from a number of customers in July, with over 40 of them providing five-star reviews on the LendingTree website, accounting for almost 95% of all reviews given for the month.
On reviews through the Zillow website and on Google, Wyndham Capital carries over a 4.8 out of 5-star ratings for both, with thousands more positive reviews.
These numbers, combined with the record-setting production these past few months, is a key example of how Wyndham has stayed customer service-focused. Speed, efficiency, cost – these values we provide to our customers are in lockstep with service throughout.
